When I called to notify the park we were returning, they conveniently had no recollection of our conversation or the fact I paid for a month and was there less than a week. I kept the park up to date as repairs took 6 weeks instead of the initial quoted 3 weeks. I notified the office as we paid for a full month in advanced, and was told we could not be refunded but they would not charge us when we returned to the park several weeks later. About a month into our 3 month reservation, we discovered massive water leaking in our RV and had to take it to the manufacturer for repairs.
We were there over the winter/off season, when the park was about 25% capacity. The park itself is very nice and well maintained, we had no issues during our stay I’m writing this post to warn you that if you have anything unforeseen come up, they will not work with you or refund you. I have waited awhile to post this review and wanted to make sure it was fair and not written out of frustration.
